I truly had a positive experience as a new patient. The place is clean and up to date. Everyone was friendly, and I almost had no waiting time both times on a Saturday and was seen by two different Drs.
Big shout out to Emily for helping me scheduling appts. She worked hard, and is extremely patient and polite.
Dr. Lazarz got my eyes wet, she was professional. Never expected such a great service from an optometrist.
My kid was anxious about the entire preocedure, he was releived, it went smooth.
Thanks to Dr.Lazarz for making my child comfortable and at ease. Both my kids were happy, yes, they are the ones to complain and notice every smallest interaction. If they were happy, Dr. Lazarz has done a wonderful job, didn't rush, she patiently answered our queries, and most importantly she cleant the equipment before starting. WOW!!!!

Wonderful experience! Dr. Lazarz was professional and answered all my questions. Antonio in the eyewear depart was knowledgeable and assisted me picking out glasses. Highly recommend the BG facility
