I wish I can charge business for bad service and reschedule visits like they do for missing appointments
The appointment for my children were scheduled a year ago right after annual exams. We were already rescheduled 3 times, mostly a day or 2 days before. Not sure if my children will be able to get eye exams even though I tried to arrange to be there and it’s possible a doctor will not be able to see us again. We need eye exam for contacts and cannot order new ones because the prescription is expired.

They cancelled our appointments numerous times! I made the first “cancelled “appointment over the summer, now they cancelled yet again and are telling me the next availability appointment in in late December. Waste of time. Avoid !

Worst service I have ever encountered by more than a dozen young girls and one over aggressive woman? all who do not distance from each other while working during this pandemic and then treat you like part of the cattle procession during the visit.
What ever happened to customer service where they treat you like they care and not just a number with contempt???
