Took care of not only my neighbor who locked himself out of his unit which created the purpose of an emergency service call. At the same time fixed my broken locks and replaced my lost key. My locks use to be difficult to turn. Now my locks work perfectly and as one would expect. Very happy with the promptness and efficiency.

Incredible place. Friendly, professional, and SO FAST. I needed 12 keys made, and I anticipated about an hour of time. 10 minutes later the guy said he was all set. Just baffled. Quick. Easy. Highly recommend them.

My dilemma was that I damaged my front door and need a door reinforcement plate that could fit a door that's 2-1/4" thick, which is fairly rare. My rental property that this is needed for is in Cleveland, OH. I called manufacturers across the east coast and Midwest and the only attentive one pointed me to a distributor in the Chicago area. This distributor gave me several locksmiths in the area but only A-1 Surburban Lock & Key and more specifically the young lady Sue were able to provide me a solution.
