I will definitely recommend 847's service. I got my desktop stuck with black screen with only a cursor. After researching myself, I still cannot resolve myself so I took it to 847. They are very friendly, helpful and fast (shout out to Ken!). They identified my issue within a day and provided me with a solution upgrade (basically I have a corrupted SSD drive where my OS is in), and the price is very reasonable (my family is literally surprised when I told them about it). And I got my desktop back the next day all set (I do need to re-grab some of my installed apps in C drive but it is really minor things)!
