I went for a full-body massage yesterday around noon; I was attended to by a young woman, but the whole session ended less than 15 minutes after it began. I asked for her name as I left—she said it was Ella—and I was absolutely furious; she seemed busy and clearly couldn't wait for me to leave. I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience; it was a huge letdown. The owner is clever—I had originally intended to leave a one-star review, but it got deleted. I tried leaving a five-star review today, and it went through. I really dislike this kind of owner—someone who only allows positive reviews and won't tolerate negative feedback from customers.
This is a very good massage shop. The girls here are very beautiful and love to smile. They gave me a great massage and solved my shoulder pain. I will come here again in the future.
