What a Blessing to have Kats come and install a new furnace in my home today! Giovani was very thorough in describing and showing me the failure of my original broken down furnace. His crew then came through to put in a new Bryant system and worked extremely hard to get everything perfectly installed in my home. Eddie and Louie were very polite, and hardworking. Anxious to do a good job you could tell. There promptness and hardwork allowed me to get everything done the same day....so grateful to them all, and happy to say my house is now toasty warm.

Anthony did a great job explaining everything after the service call to help me to make the decision for my furnace and a/c replacement in confidence. Looking forward to the installation next week
