I was able to get someone to come the very next day after calling for an appointment. I received an email confirmation and courtesy phone call the morning of service as well. My son was having a really hard time with his asthma but since we got the ducts cleaned out he hasn't been coughing at all. The technician was very informative and worked very professionally.
