I have known Pete since before he started this heating and A/C business, like early 1980's. I have never been happier than after running into him at local home improvement store. He did all the repairs and replacements at our office building in LaGrange Park and we could not have been serviced better. I called couple years back as minor troubles with A/C at house and he sold me the parts needed at cost. Some of the best service we have gotten from any service business in years. We are looking to replace furnace and central A/C unit as they are getting older, before they go bad. I trust his recommendations and will be looking forward to seeing them in springtime.

I took me a year to write this review! I was so upset when I hired them that I didn't want to do it while I was mad then u just let it go but 1 year later I'm even more upset because the work they said was done was actually not done and I have to pay someone to do it again! Last year I hired them because our heater wasn't working well! The guy came out and said we had to clean the coil then he says we can probably do this ourselves and save like $400 ! Perfect great advice right? Well it turns out it's not that easy to get the coil out and he probably new that so we call him again so he can do it so he says fine but we have to charge to another $50 just to go out there! Ok our bad decision to let him leave and think we can do it so he comes back and "does the job" so he said! Next day heat is still not working well of course this is around polar vortex time we ask the. To come check on it again and they say sure it will be another $50 even though we wanted him to check his work because it obviously didn't work! So I decided not bother with them anymore! We had space heaters all over the house and survived! This year we call someone new because heater is not working at full potential so he puts his camera behind coil and it is filthy! My husband remembers the Able guy not pulling coil out to clean just lifting it and cleaning the bottom and around so we have to pay someone to clean it again! I guess that's why they didn't come back out to check work! THEY DO No BACK UP THEIR WORK! Horrible company! Oh and when I called to have them come out to double check the work it was the owner that decided he didn't care when they came out we still have to pay for the visit charge!

I requested a quote to replace two water radiators to a larger size. I was told a technician must come out to measure the room/ radiators to provide accurate pricing. A tech from Perfect Home Services showed up and told me that they purchase Able and the appointment cost was $49. I kept asking for an estimate on labor and parts and was told that a manager will call me within 48 hours to provide a quote. After 48 hours I placed 3 follow up calls and 2 emails. Finally, I got a rough estimate 7 days after the initial tech visit $3K-$6K for the job!
