I return to Target Optical Broadview year after year because the Ranjibar team is so impressive. Customer service is exceptional at all points in the visit from registration and insurance details to the exam to selection of the perfect frames. Lily and Denise were outstanding.

Went to the optical dept at Target in Broadview to get a screw replaced for glasses purchased a different Target location. All of the girls were very courteous and Denise was great in getting a severely implanted toothpick out to apply the screw. Thank you so much Denise!

This was my first time visiting this location and I had a great experience! The staff which consist of Denise, Theresa and Daisy welcomed me with a smile and I had little to no wait before seeing the doctor. They were very helpful and honest with helping me find the right pair of glasses. They answered various questions I had about my insurance plan and Denise went a step further by finding out that I had coverage for a 2nd pair of glasses. It was a fast and smooth experience, I can’t wait to pick up my glasses! Thank you!
