My daughter and I have been going to Sophia's for years. They are always professional, quick, friendly, and their service is outstanding. I usually get box braids and they last a long time. I recommend everyone to try them out!

Poor costumer service...I had a 9 am appointment, when I got there it was already someone In her chair. She had the nerve to ask me if I could sit and wait til 4pm! No ma'am I Will never return.

Today was my first time going to Sophia s and I am VERY pleased! Sophia braids beautifully; not heavy-handed , she doesn t braid too tightly, and she is really fast. She and the other ladies in the shop were very pleasant and professional. I will definitely be going back again and again. A+++
