My furnace was blowing cold air. It's in the 20's outside and inside the house it was 60. I called Paul's and placed a service call at 7:30am. Nick came to the house at 11:00am. He checked out the furnace and said it could be fixed; however, since it was 25 years old, he recommended a replacement. He listened to what I had to say and recommended a product which was reasonably priced and suited my needs. He didn't push for more than I needed. I told him my central air was the same age. Made a late night call to Paul’s Heating and Cooling and was delighted to get a quick response. A tech came out early the next morning. Pete diagnosed the issue within minutes and had the necessary part on his truck. My unit is nearly 30yrs old and probably needs to be replaced but he didn’t try selling me anything. Instead, he said, “let’s see if we can get a few more years out of this one” and fixed it up for me! I appreciated his knowledge, skills, and honesty, and for those reasons, I’ll be back when it’s time to replace it.

We have used pauls hearing and cooling since buying our home 25 years ago. They are always timely, professional and prompt. They have become more like friends and family to me, they remember my mom who passed and talk about her when they do service. Oh, did i mention that the work is top notch as well? I highly recommend pauls for all of your needs
