“I'm hoping that by writing this review, I can spare somebody the trauma that I went through trying to heal my acne scars! In the beginning, I had SEVERE deep acne scars. It got so bad that I didn't even feel comfortable leaving my house. I have probably been to every establishment that offers these types of services in the Chicago suburbs. I didn't realize it was such a cut throat industry! I feel like I have been hustled to the extreme! I wish it didn't take me as long as it did to find this establishment. They prioritize results over sales. From the beginning, Rebecca was transparent and felt that it was very important that I understood everything that we were doing, and, why. Nurse Williams is the best!
On time, timely, and a joy to work with...
I was referred by a dear friend who loves her services here and I know why.
I received a Derma Peel and Jeavue injections and Nurse Williams explained every procedure thoroughly to put your mind at ease.
However, I trusted nurse Williams with my photos and they ended up on social media. I'm sure I signed a consent or waiver for her to do this, but human decency says if I'm going to put unfavorable images on social media I should also give you a heads up!
Warning if she tells you to relax your face and takes pictures of your relaxed face exposing all of your frown lines and wrinkles, don't do it. Keep your face neutral. Not relaxed because you're sure to show up on social media and have all your friends call you about the images. This is done intentionally to make it look like the transformation was miraculous which it wasn't. The picture I posted was before I met nurse Williams in my face is still beautiful with or without treatment.“
