I am very pleased with the service that was provided by SERVPRO. They were very professional and attentive to the needs of my home. Terry and Sergio were prompted, and made me feel comfortable. I'm a first time homebuyer and I had no idea what to expect, in fact I was nervous. Sergio answered all of my questions and walked me through the process, as well as explained every detail upon completion. I am so happy that SERVPRO,( Terry, Sergio and their crew ) were chosen to take care the damages in my home. Now, I can sleep tonight due to a peaceful mind. Thanks, Sergio!

5 years ago bob performed fire restoration on my house. He attempted to only patch the hole in the roof left by the fire department while my insurance was paying for the entire roof to be replaced. At least 1 of his employees stole from me. All while performing mediocre work. 2 years after his restoration my bathroom needed a new remodel, tile floor separating from its sub floor, bathtub cracked from incorrect install(confirmed by kohler), and tiled walls separating from backer board, to name a few. Called him to have “warranty” work done only to get belittled and blamed for causing the problems.

Sergio, Jorge, Christian, Osvaldo from SERVPRO cleaned up up our basement after a devastating rain storm this weekend. They.were.phenomenal. They were at our home from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and just never stopped working until the job was done. They were courteous, professional, and their work was meticulous. It was absolutely disgusting what backed up into our basement. I certainly hope they are paid extremely well. We lost our flooring, drywall, and doors. They hauled it all away. These guys were just extraordinary.I will say, I was absolutely stunned when I got the bill (>$13,000)! That has nothing to do with them, of course. But, this happened 5 years ago and I know our bill wasn't this much with another restoration company. That part was profoundly disappointing. It is for this reason I might not use this company again. Not sure if this is what Stanley Steemer was charging but it felt like we were taken advantage of in a situation where we were helpless and vulnerable. Not gonna lie, I was pretty disgusted.
