I would recommend Royal carpet to anybody. They were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a wonderful job. The sales person that came out was good. He gave me a very good pad. I didn’t have to pay extra for the pad. I had other companies come and they were a lot more money Like $1000 more and I got real good carpeting and the very best pad now if I would’ve got those pads from the other place, I would have to pay extra for that. Had my floors done using LVP and there were several issues with the flooring that included creases and cracking. Royal Home reached out to me after I left my review and stood behind their work. They recently came out and reinstalled the entire project using different materials under the flooring and it looks and feels much better than before. Thank you for standing behind your work.
After the installers left we found a few large staples sticking straight up in the middle of the floor, which we found by stepping on without shoes (no shoes on the new carpet!) Also furniture ended up in the wrong room and they left dirty handprints on the doors/jams. The staples were the only major issue. Overall they were friendly, efficient and the carpet looks great.
