As a new hire here at Nova Lines I’ve been in orientation for a few days and everything been going great. Julianna who’s over the orientation was very helpful and made sure everyone had a clear understanding of the business and everything we signed up for as a driver. Eric who’s the driver trainer made sure we went over all the safety protocols and how to properly secure loads. Overall Nova Lines shows the importance of the driver by interacting with each driver one on one to get to know everyone personally and what they are more comfortable with to see what best fits them as a driver. I work there and it was cool Big Jim always had my back they only had 70trucks I started never had a problem ? I'ma go back I was company driver lmao it looks Better than ever that's funny y'all want to go home ????? my God
