Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Modway furniture you should switch delivery services.On Monday I confirmed delivery for Thursday, I asked for in home delivery and they quoted me $250 for white glove delivery. Totally fine.Then, Thursday morning they call me and tell me they misquoted me and it’s $550. Which is absolutely insane, but what choice do I have now just 6 hours before my delivery window? I hung up with the promise for a manager to call me.Manager leaves a voicemail saying they can do in home delivery for $350. I ordered a dryer through a company that uses AM trucking for shipping. I received my text to confirm my delivery date. I then received a phone call stating it was sent out in error, and my dryer was not going to be delivered on the confirmed date. However, it would still still be delivered that week. At the end of that week, I called to find out where my dryer was, to be told it would be delivered the middle to end of the following week. Fast forward to the week, I called again, was told it should be delivered this week, but they would call me back in a few hours to confirm. They call to confirm delivery day. I Take off work to receive items. Then they called to cancel and reschedule.. the day of delivery. Haven't heard heard from since. No response to email and phone calls either. It's been a week now. Wheres my stuff AM Truck?!?
