Sadi Hussein was a great tech. He was communicative about timing, understood the tricky way to access our AC compressor and carefully brought equipment to our roof. He explained everything to me and my family well. He fixed the problems and gave me advice to support the AC system. I hope the AC unit doesn’t need repair again, but if it does, I would like Sadi to be my tech.
