This is an absolute NIGHTMARE of a company. My parents ordered my husband and I a curio cabinet over a month ago and we still have not received it. Delivery was originally set up once but we were unable to be home for delivery, so they told us they’d call when the next date was set. That was over a week ago. We’ve talked to customer service multiple times asking when delivery will be set up again, and the response is always “we still don’t have a finalized delivery route for this week”. AVOID this company at all costs if you can and save yourself a major headache!!!

Absolute worst! Misleading marketing! Paid $150 for White Glove Service delivery of a kitchen table with a concrete top. They left the table upside down in the middle of the kitchen! Did not put the FOUR screws and turn the table right side up. Complained about being late to somewhere while I called the company so I gave a $50 tip! Customer service was no help stating that installation is not included. So they charge $150 to bring the delivery in, unbox it and take the boxes away but NOT put it together. Now after $200 I still will have to get someone assist me with turning the table right side up. This delivery was to the main floor level at that. The absolute worst!Also,...read full review

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Modway furniture you should switch delivery services.On Monday I confirmed delivery for Thursday, I asked for in home delivery and they quoted me $250 for white glove delivery. Totally fine.Then, Thursday morning they call me and tell me they misquoted me and it’s $550. Which is absolutely insane, but what choice do I have now just 6 hours before my delivery window? I hung up with the promise for a manager to call me.Manager leaves a voicemail saying they can do in home delivery for $350.
