5 stars go to Dedrick for being honest and upfront with the situation we had. Even though their was some hiccups he went above and beyond in making sure we weren’t left with what we had going on.
Mathew langston of roto rooter did an amazing job for us today. All of our pipes were clogged and Mathew showed up on 4th of july and was able to correct the issue. Friendly and professional! Thank you sir.
I had an issue occur overnight and called Roto-Rooter first thing in the morning. Tech was out right away and took a look and made recommendations. Thoroughly explained what he was going to do and then did a great job.
Don't get me wrong, I hope I don't need service for a long time but when I do I'm calling Roto-Rooter. 5 stars.
