ReLive Physical Therapy - Bourbonnais

Lauren was amazing, since my injury almost 2 years ago I have seen several different therapists. She is the only one that I felt actually helped me. I would highly recommend!!! 5 star facility

I am glad I followed my doctor's advice to get physical therapy for my sore hamstring and improve my balance. Dr. Lauren Middleton is my therapist at Relive PhysicalTherapy in Bourbonnais, IL. She is very kind and considerate. I would recommend her if you need any therapy in the Kankakee Bourbonnais area. I feel I can return to my low impact aerobics class with confidence.

Relive Physical Therapy is an amazing place for Physical therapy. I received tenex surgery for my achilles back in April and it was definitely a challenge to get around for the first month or so. However my Physical therapist, Ms. Lauren, works with me in a way that progressively makes sure I'm heading towards the direction of a complete and healthy recovery. She is extremely helpful, understanding and is willing to work around your schedule to make sure you're back at your best self. I highly recommend Relive Physical Therapy. Great place for PT and an overall positive community.
