I needed professional headshots done for a remote job I recently started. Their package for headshots was affordable and included edits to the photo. This is a family own business, I was able to meet the owner, BJ, mom/wife and his daughter Annie. I worked with BJ and Annie primarily. They have created the workspace to a place that is comfortable and inviting. BJ took my photos and Annie helped direct. The photos took maybe five to ten minutes and the entire time BJ and Annie were chatting with me, helping to calm my nerves. My sons school didn’t do pictures this year as the enrollment was low but image group was fast and easy to get done! Very professional and easy to deal with. Even got my son’s pictures the next day! Thank you guys

My son took school pictures recently and the picture that came back was…. Comparable to a mugshot? He did not smile. I asked him and he said there was one he did smile in. I emailed Image Group and even late at night they replied and sent over the other variation (a smile!) and changed it over so my package was right! Amazing customer service!
