Everything—from the transparency in pricing during the initial estimate to the variety of color and shingle options—was handled with honesty and care. We originally received our estimate a year before we could move forward, and I was amazed when Mr. Haynes honored the exact same price a full year later. We had also gotten estimates from two other companies, both higher, and both called after we declined to suddenly lower their prices—which made it clear their original pricing wasn’t honest. Haynes Construction stood out immediately for their integrity. One thing I especially appreciated was that even though the company has staff answering the phones, Mr. Haynes made a point to communicate with us personally. You can tell he truly loves what he does and goes above and beyond for his customers. The roof was completed in just one day and turned out beautifully. Mr. Haynes even let us know that the type of shingle we chose qualified us for an insurance discount and offered to handle the necessary forms directly. When we ran into issues with the insurance company getting the paperwork in, he stepped in and handled the communication effortlessly. Overall, I am over-the-top happy with our experience. I had to get a new roof, on short notice, so I went to the BBB website and had five good offers. After meeting with the roofers, I was impressed with all of them but was most comfortable with Haynes Construction Inc. Eric was easy to talk to, understood exactly what I needed, and could work with my timeline. Work crews were professional, did a thorough cleanup, at the end of the day, and Eric checked on their progress. My roof was done in one day, and my gutters were done in less than a day. Excellent Experience!
