I just rejoined the fitness center I made a d*** move when I quit to go to the planet fitness I rejoined because planet fitness is a horrible place the don't show how to work the machines or give a heath assessment.you pay your ten dollars then get charge after two month a membership fee. I like the fitness because they have many more thing for instance the have college educated and trained staff give you a health assessment.then they make a plan just for you at the fitness center the person who giving you the assessment ask what is your goal are.next thing I like about the fitness center we have a cafe in it to get drinks and food on the week days. The fitness center has a whirlpool the you can go into to relieve the stress.and shower the had showers at planet fitness but you had bring every no towel etc. a I word for Riversideside medical center so I know fitness center offers a lot.
