I wish I could leave no stars. A bottle of conditioner, the pump did not work when I paid for it and it was delivered. I emailed customer service, 8 YES 8 times they emailed me back, what is your name, what is your phone number, your name doesn't match your account, yep I recently got a divorce and it wasn't at the TOP of my mind to do that. The address matches up, they asked me for that SIX times, then did nothing. A pump for a bottle of conditioner, and expensive conditioner at that. If this company is willing to lose a customer over a 6.00 pump and if I get all these emails asking the same question over and over and over again, they don't understand... read full review

I received a $25 Ulta gift card as a Christmas gift. I added items to my cart on their website, and I had a small outstanding balance outside of the gift card total. I added my credit card to cover that. The system returned an error, stated the transaction could not be completed. From that moment on, I have contacted Ulta no less than five times and have received absolutely ZERO HELP. The funds were depleted from my gift card and the balance has shown zero ever since. I have no order, no pending charge on my credit card and $0 on a gift card that did show a balance prior to this transaction. Ulta sucks! I'm out $100 plus dollars and my order! I have a order that was delivered but I never received it! Just because the picture shows delivered im screwed out of money and my order! If I were you all I'd do right by my customers! Definitely gonna take my business to Sephora
