The ambiance of this place was very welcoming and Esmia did a great job dying my hair. She gave advice for how to take care of my hair in the future and recommendations for what treatments would benefit me moving forward. Only thing I wish was that the website had a price list that had baseline prices for services provided but otherwise, everything was great
Ok Ladies, time for another honest review!
I went to Chari for my hair. She did a beautiful French roll on me with a few added tracks. I was very pleased with the results.
Chari had a wonderful energy and she was a good conversationalist. She was very accommodating.
The only complaint I have is that she glued the tracks directly only scalp/hair. I’ve never had a glue in before, as I have been natural my entire life. Maybe this is normal but I prefer no glue on my hair. Also I had to go buy an bundle when I had already brought hair (it was synthetic but the good kind), and she didn’t use that much of it anyways, so I basically wasted money on a...read full review
I had the most wonderful experience at Serene’s Hair Design! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. A huge thank you to Esmia and Christine these two are absolute gems. My hair was feeling dull, dry, and damaged, but they knew exactly what it needed. They took their time, listened to my concerns, and treated my hair with so much love and expertise. By the time they were done, I genuinely felt beautiful. My hair has never looked or felt this good in ages!
