My kitchen sink was clogged. Within two hours of calling, Phil was out and had it cleared. Very polite and courteous. Would recommend them for any plumbing needs. Thanks again Phil and the Root Busters team.
My hot water heater failed over the Fourth of July weekend. I called Rootbuster plumbing and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they answered my call. Within the hour, Phil arrived which was amazing considering it was the Fourth of July weekend. He removed and replaced the water heater in no time. Phil was professional and vey nice to get along with. I truly appreciate the quick response and excellent quality work. Thank you so much!
Mike did an amazing job helping us with a plumbing issue that ended up being much more complicated than we originally thought. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way.
On top of that, he was just genuinely friendly and easy to work with. It’s not often you find someone who is both highly skilled and great with customers. We’ve used this company before and have always had a good experience, and Mike is a big reason we’ll continue to use them for years to come. Highly recommend!
