My kitchen sink was clogged. Within two hours of calling, Phil was out and had it cleared. Very polite and courteous. Would recommend them for any plumbing needs. Thanks again Phil and the Root Busters team.
I cant say enough good things about Phil and the team here! I called at 7am, spoke to someone, and by 10am Phil was in my driveway inspecting the problem. He comes in a big box truck with all the tools he need to make sure he doesn’t leave until the job is done. After an inspection he told me what the next steps were and I was off and out of the way to let him do his work. About 2.5 hours later he let me know he was done and showed me the issue and how he fixed it in detail. He laid down some tarp and was very good about cleanup. Phil saved my day! Our sump pump failed and water backed up in our basement, he was able to come earlier than scheduled which I was so grateful for! he was quick, and answered all my questions, thank you!
