Dr Kota and his staff are great! Been coming to his office for 10 plus years. Visit last year and Dr Kota informed me I was diabetic. He said with lifestyle change you can reverse it. His in body tests are great since it kept me motivated everyrime I went and could see the results. He was correct with reversing it and everything he helped me with. Reversed my results in 6 months. It can be done with commitment and listening to his advice

Dr Kota and Team are excellent in taking care of dietary and nutrition, more than this. Dr Kota will educate overall process on metabolism not just giving some prescription for you.
