I needed to replace several windows and reached out to multiple companies after a Google search. Window Works stood out from the start. Marc, the sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable about both the products and the installation process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything clear and easy to understand.
Although I met with three other companies, I ultimately chose to return to Window Works because of the confidence Marc gave me in both the quality of the product and the service. The pricing was very fair for the level of quality offered, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish.

Robert and Ken came to our house to adjust the French door we had installed as the doors were slightly binding when opening. They did a great job by removing the top hinge, chiseling away a small amount of the wood frame and resetting the door. It worked perfectly, the issue was solved. The checked and lubricated all of the locking devices and it works perfectly. Very well done.
