I got stuck in a busy turning lane off Boughton Road and 355. The police came(they were nice) and the police called the tow truck and KEN showed up. I have a New KIA truck and it died. Luckily he hooked me up and towed me straight to the dealer. Turns out I needed a STARTER and Ken even said it was the starter before he towed my car. Great service and help!. Thank you
Was actually not what I expected. I've been to tow yards and it's always a freaking headache. I know they fit a job to do but can they be a little more compassionate. Well heartbreak towing was. They offered extra service to a customer in front of us. The older gentleman who helped us made it easy to get in and out of there quickly. I've never had already service. Yes it was a bad circumstance to be there. But unlike other places they didn't make it hard to get your vehicle out. Best service ever since dealing with two companies.
