I'll be honest, I paid more than other options available to me for a rotating boom truck service to lift a couple of very large generators onto trailers, and 18 heavy AC units as well. One of the generators had to be dismantled in pieces requiring finesse and skill from a knowledgeable operator. I am so glad I chose O'Hare. The operator, Mike, was a seasoned problem solver who figured out how best to get the job done with the generators and came up with the best way to load the AC's onto trailers that otherwise would not have worked. The team was on time, hard-working, competent and confident. It was worth every penny and more.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but today I felt compelled to share. About a week ago, my family member was involved in a car accident. O’Hare Towing handled the vehicle pickup during an incredibly stressful time. I called to find out what documents were needed since my family member was hospitalized and unable to come in to do a written release in person.
Amy was absolutely outstanding!! Very professional, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. She gave us clear, straightforward information and even emailed a detailed outline to guide us through the process.
