Capital Renovation & Construction, inc. Completely gutted and rebuilt my hallway bathroom and I could not be more pleased. Carlos Salcedo is a hands on general contractor who continually informed me of the status of the project. Carlos worked closely with his subcontractors to communicate my requests and he inspected their work afterwards. Carlos is honest, reliable and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use Capital Renovation & Construction again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor that performs excellent work on time and on budget.
Their planning and process kept the sanity. Remodeling is not easy, let alone a whole third floor duplex. The team executed beautifully, the neighbors did not once complain. Thank you Capital Renovations & Construction.
Capital Renovation seriously worked magic in our house . They remodeled our basement, added a wall, fixed a closet that had seen better days, and built a gorgeous kitchen island that now gets more compliments than we do.
Carlos was the real MVP. He speaks both Spanish and English, which was perfect because he understood exactly what my wife wanted (and trust me, that’s the hardest part ?). He listened, explained everything clearly, and made sure her vision came to life.
