Can’t say I make a habit of reviewing but making an exception given the outstanding efforts of the team at Bartlett. First time we have worked with them after being ghosted by our previous arborist. First, Frank Kapple is an outstanding professional arborist and representative for Bartlett. He knows a lot about trees but doesn’t try to “sell” his customers. Speaks in plain English and answered all our questions and gave us the pros and cons of various options. Most importantly he worked us into your schedule to get the work done quickly!

Yesterday was my first time using Bartlett Tree experts. I have used several companies in the past, but they were by far the most professional crew I have ever worked with. Thank you to Victor, Alfonso and Joan.
Our project was extensive and their skill and expertise was very evident. First and foremost, they took their time and made sure the trees fell in optimal locations that were safe for themselves and surrounding property. When they ground up the stumps they shielded my neighbors fences from flying debris. They really thought of everything, includiung protecting landscape lighting in the lawn.
