Im so happy I chose to come here for my root canal and crown! The entire staff is kind , caring and professional, customer care is held high here! . I know am not an easy patient; I am easily panicked by the tools, but the first dentist and his assistant were so patient and did everything they could to make me feel at ease as much as possible. They cared and didn t cut corners, I never had the feeling they were rushing. (unlike some other places) For the crown I had Dr Anderson , I was so scared in advance that it wouldn t fit, or that it would feel foreign forever , but all my fears were for nothing . Dr. Mark W. Anderson and his amazing staff at South Suburban dental are without a doubt the best of the BEST. I recently went to Doctor Mark for a second opinion. Not only was he able to expertly and painlessly fix what another dentist had left incomplete, I was made to feel secure and heard throughout the entire process. Mark has a unique metaphorical way of explaining complex dental terminology in common every day relatable terms. This not only significantly reduced my anxiety, it made me feel as if I was truly an active participant in my own treatment plan. Dr. Anderson is the best! He takes the time to understand your needs and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. The business is clean, smells great, and has a great staff. I have been a patient for 20+ years!
