Not only was he able to expertly and painlessly fix what another dentist had left incomplete, I was made to feel secure and heard throughout the entire process. Mark has a unique metaphorical way of explaining complex dental terminology in common every day relatable terms. This not only significantly reduced my anxiety, it made me feel as if I was truly an active participant in my own treatment plan. From the moment you call to make an appointment this staff goes above and beyond to accommodate their patients. They check in with you the next day after a complicated procedure and send you little text reminders about your upcoming appointments. I also really appreciate the fact that they were so cool about me switching my appointment time. Love that! This staff is the perfect balance of friendly and professional.
