I have always had a great experience with our Bloomington Walmart Vision Center. Both of my kids are adults now but we have went there their whole childhood and they still go there. We had to go there at first because they accepted public aid but over time we now choose to go there. Maybe some people have poor experiences there, but I personally never had one and we have used them for over a decade. I guess it’s all in your expectations or your own attitude. The doctor and staff have always been kind, pleasant and helpful. I would say don’t base your decisions off of bad reviews… go make your own experience.
I had a GREAT experience here. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Others suggest B*Rd optical...I had a very bad experience with B*Rd.....I will continue to give this Walmart vision my business. Thank you so much
I gave you 4 stars.. Now I'm changing it after how you treated my very sweet son in law. He called and changed his appointment because of work... (IT DOESN'T MATTER WHY HE CHANGED IT.. NONE IF YOUR BUSINESS..) He came in at the next time available (Their time available) And they were so rude to him. He could hear the lady with light brown hair and glasses talk about him to the doctor... Grow up... Like seriously.. Now you lost two more customers.. I won't go back again.
