I always leave feeling so much better. Megan knows how to work out the knots and tension! I’ve seen her regularly for years and highly recommend for deep tissue massage!
Megan does wonders working the knots out and is proactive about helping me stay better between massages. I appreciate her willingness to teach. The space is inviting and relaxing. I love going to Vitality Bodyworks!
I took a Zumba class here because I’d never done Zumba before and since the class size here is so small I felt less intimidated. I had a lot of fun! I was terrible at it but I didn’t care because the atmosphere was so fun! Highly recommend. Especially for first timers!
