Great customer service ! Needed to get a dress altered for a 12/6 event. I came in Saturday before Thanksgiving and she said she could have it done in 4 days so that I had it back in plenty of time. Took her time in consulting on all my alterations. Will definitely take all my alterations here moving forward .
These people are MAGICAL - Saved my daughter’s HOCO dress!!!!!I took my daughters $400 homecoming dress to another place in town closer to me. She is tiny and the straps just needed to be shortened. Picked up the dress, they had cut the straps each over an inch too tight! Couldn’t even hook them. This was 2 nights before homecoming. The morning of day before hoco we brought her she the dress to VG. They fawned over her and said they could fix it. I didn’t have much hope, the straps were adorned with sequins and beads so the extensions they had to add I thought might look weird but I thought at least we would be able to hook them. They only charged $10 extra for overnight. The morning of Hoco day we arrived and they insisted she try it on. She had found beads/sequins in other places and the strap extensions you couldn't tell, fit perfectly. After having a daughter in tears the night before I nearly cried happy tears. Not only that, she went around cinching little places around to fit her better. They could not have been kinder. Then when I tried to tip them they put it as a credit on something else I bought there! Just a really, great, caring place. You won't be disappointed. I've had 4-5 things altered not in an emergency like this and all turned out perfect. Thank you for saving my daughter's dress, VG Alterations!
