The staff is super friendly and kind, and the store is very clean. The brow artist is extremely patient and professional, and Randi does an immaculate job for haircuts and color services.
While on the pricey side, if you need it, you'll find it here. There products are always fresh. The staff is extraordinarily knowledgeable whether its hair, makeup, or color matched to your complexion. They listen and do not try to 'upsell' you on items you are not interested in. Respectful and always willing to help.
I don't buy makeup often but needed some for a musical I'm performing in. Got help from Katie who took the time to make sure I got the right products. Very helpful and she explained why she made her recommendations too. The aesthetic of the store is kinda cool plus they were playing Beyonce while I was in there, so... Good experience all around!
Katie helped me find a foundation, primer, concealer and setting spray suited to my (acne prone) needs and even color matched me!! I haven’t felt this pretty in my makeup in a long time so I am so grateful to her!! I didn’t get the name of the other girl that helped too but I just want you ladies to know I appreciate you! I’m no longer dreading taking photos at my friends wedding this weekend because of you!
