Penn Landscaping has done two jobs at our house over the last 2 years, and they have done a fantastic job. The installers did three tree rings the first year and in year two they re-did the edging from front to the side that I had put in 12 years ago. They did an excellent job on both jobs they have done. The installers are very good in what they do, and finished both jobs on time.

I called today to complain that one of their trucks just now buried my driveway while doing a neighbor's drive. The woman who answered rudely told me they were closed today and didn't know anything until tomorrow. She ranted that she deserved a day off, so I asked why she's answering the phones if they are closed and she can't do anything at all today. She got angry, cussed me, and hung up. Update: The woman who answered, Nikki, left me a message and said that the Town of Normal came through the cul-de-sac while I was gone (12-1p on Sun), which is laughable. Nikki said to call them back at 309-231-1057 with further concerns.
