It’s been an unfortunate event for our community since the storm hit. From the very first day, Angie, Andy, Elijah, Ashton, and Nick have been nothing but supportive, professional, and treated me and my home with great respect and care. Simultaneously, they have been working on my parents home and doing an equally remarkable job. Thank you for your help.
The company responded immediately the same day I called. Very helpful and explained what needed to be done and started immediately. Within 4 days they had solved my problem and had cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend them.
I want to thank ServiceMasters so much for their outstanding service. I called in needing their service and left a message. The Project Manager immediately called me back and said a team would be at my house with in an hour. The Lead Tech and his team of 4 men arrived and a great job extracting the water.
I was very pleased with their service.
