Everything was done as promised and with the utmost professionalism. This was a 67 year old barn that the siding was deteriorated and needed updating via scraping and then power washing and then painted. The original siding was car siding and a lot of the bottom edges were rotted in many places.
The crew at Koss Remodeling painted the exterior of my house in 2 days time and also replaced bad wood around two chimneys. They kept me well informed, acted in a professional manner, answered my questions, and were very polite to me and to each other. The house looks great! Koss Construction was hired to install a cupola and fit it to hold the original church bell on the Hudson Untied Methodist church. They did an outstanding job - everything was handled in a professional manner and with topnotch workmanship! Because of their skill and ability to complete projects quickly, we hired them for a second project of installing a cross on the cupola.
