They addressed my multiple furnace needs through excellent customer service, methodological troubleshooting and analysis, and communicating status. They always impress and successfully repair my issue. Thank you.
ProAir came out to do the yearly inspection of the furnace. The technician was right on time and started the inspection. He found a problem but did the entire inspection and then showed me a picture of the leak. He said he would turn his findings into the office and they would contact me when they had the parts so it could be replaced and fixed. I trust they will be back soon to do the work. Pro Air sent a technician out exactly when they said they would. He (Nixon) was terrific. He checked out the problem and resolved it and explained what he thought the initial issue was. He offered possible solutions and gave thorough explanations. He was personable, polite, very helpful and very courteous. After this experience I would not (and will not) hesitate to use Pro Air again in the future.
