Had my first arm implant change over and was pretty nervous as the initial placement had been uncomfortable (not terrible, but I expected worse from a removal/replacement so I worried it'd BECOME terrible) I DID have a pretty long wait after my appointment time, but there were also several others in the room when I arrived so while it was a little frustrating it was perfectly understandable and the room was plenty comfortable to sit in and wait with my phone. (10:32 arrival - so i was late too tbf - and was seen in the room around 11:30) The doctor. is. incredible. She was kind, she was succinct in her explanations, and made sure I understood before anything happened. Made absolutely sure I was comfortable, and even let me nervous talk at her quite a bit. She was very patient with me, and had a lovely laugh that was very relaxing for my nerves. I appreciated that she laughed even if I wasn't actually funny cause that attitude just relaxed me. My arm didn't hurt at all, and I got a neat little moment of getting to see my surgical cut and the old implant before it all was cleaned and wrapped up. The bruising was 10x less than less time as well so I know the task was done brilliantly. (not to say the first person didn't, I imagine the first time is always worse but this was clearly done very well with how much the bruising was minimized)

I couldn’t get in with my regular doctor, and I thought I was having an emergency with my IUD. Ginger went above and beyond while booking my appointment, and was able to squeeze me in the next day. I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room, and my tech and the doctor were very nice and professional. I am super grateful PP was able to get me in when no other clinic could. I highly recommend!

I've been coming here for almost a year for my HRT appointments. The staff has been incredible. I always feel welcome and they go out of their way to make me comfortable. They've been polite, professional and friendly. This is coming from someone with an intense phobia of anything medical.
