This was my first time coming here so I wasn't sure how getting a pedicure would work. I called and the first time there wasn't any openings but I had some other things to do in the area and went ahead and got those done and would see about it once I was done. Once I was done I called back and though she was hesitant I explained I was in the area and could make it there in no time and she said come on over. From there once I got there it was a very welcomed experience Fran was her name and she has such a bubbly and welcoming personality. We had a beautiful experience with Frannie at Orchid Nails she was so genuine kind and did an excellent and exceptional job with the most utmost of customer service. We were visiting from Trinidad and Tobago and she made us feel right at home.
Got a french manicure and pedicure from Fran 2-weeks ago and it looks as good today as it did the day of. She was SO kind, thorough and over-the-top awesome to deal with! Highly recommend Orchid Nails - Specifically Fran!
