I hired Robert to do my inspection on a home I purchased recently. He is in high demand because he is the best! He came highly recommended by my realtor.Robert was very detailed about checking every little thing. He came up with some valuable recommendations for us to fix and went over every single item in detail over the phone since I couldn't be there in person.We decided not to ask the seller to fix them since they were inconsequential, but we were very glad we had the inspection done because it gave us peace of mind.The price was very fair, and the quality of the work done was A+.I would gladly use Miller Building Inspections in the future, and I highly recommended... read full review
Robert was awesome to work with super thorough! He is someone a buyer wants on their side! We were looking at an investment property and he took his time explaining the issues the property had. Super thorough! I am keeping his card handy for the next property we buy!
