Our basement flooded. One of our our two sump pumps failed. We had Dustin from Mike Williams Plumbing come to evaluate and put in a new sump pump and check valve. He installed it in in very good time, he was excellent to work with, he’s a good communicator and a hard worker. Very happy and highly recommend recommended.
Jason did a thorough job checking the system and finding the issue quickly. Access up and working again in just a few minutes. Also Jason’s communication skills are excellent and show a real concern for the customer.
My window was 8am-9am. My technician did not show during the window. No call. No text. After an additional 60 minutes of waiting, I followed up with MW, and was told there was a scheduling change, but I was up next. A technician arrived sometime around 2pm.
Things happen. I understand not all scheduling windows can be adhered to, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication when the technician was unable to keep my window. I had to do the following up. I must have responded to 5 different confirmation notices from them, the least they can do is be proactive and keep me informed when they are unable to keep their window.
