“I am a former member of HairClub I returned for a consultation after many years on January 12 , 2021 to see about returning for services I made an appointment online for 11 am . I was greeted by Amanda who is from the Tennessee location filling in this week in Bloomington IL .she went above and beyond to welcome me and get my appointment started on time . She then went on to explain all of the services they offer and to help me with what service would work best with what I was looking for . She was very professional and caring and told me she would personally take care of any concerns I had .Fast forward to that afternoon she called me and said she thought it would be possible to get me in for a styling service the next day which was so awesome. Fast forward to Wednesday I got to my appointment and I had an awesome stylist named Megan who made me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job !! She was super kind and made my time there very enjoyable, I can’t say enough good things about my two visits and I highly recommend HairClub in Bloomington Illinois ! “When they say call if you have any problems they mean it! Husband has bleeding problem so when he had problems overnight I called dr McKenna next morning he gave instructions on what may help. When that didn't he had us come down and fixed it with very little waiting! So thankful !“
