When other companies refused service due to weather they came out and rescued my 22 year old children and 4 year old granddaughter in freezing rain and slick roads after a full tire blow out. Roads were unsafe and it was cold. Thank you for making sure they were safe. My granddaughter enjoyed the tow ride too
On 1/23, my husband myself and our 4 year old daughter were headed home to Arkansas from an hour above Chicago. An 8 hour drive. We had a blowout on I-55 a little before 5pm, so everywhere was closing. We’re now 6 hours from home, 2.5 hours from our nearest family. We called nearly 20 places. Either no answer, or we were told they couldn’t help us because there was a snow/ice storm coming. Meanwhile, we’re three feet from the interstate like sitting ducks. The ONLY place to come to our aid besides state troopers was Maurer’s. I wish I remembered the guys name because he was so friendly. I highly HIGHLY recommend them.
I had to use Maurer twice in 2 days, this past week. Once through a roadside assistance company and the other direct pay. Both times, 2 different drivers, they were excellent, nice, professional, courteous, skilled, on time, etc. And a few days later I had trouble getting reimbursed from a 3rd party for that 2nd tow and the people in the office were able to find the right receipts and information so I could get my reimbursement easily. Glad they keep better records than I do! 5 stars, would highly recommend these people.Service: Car towing
