Mark was referred to us by a lady who has used him for years. We took his number and called him and he saw us within the hour!!! We couldn't believe it. He took some information and said he'd be getting in touch with us this afternoon. We have never had such fast and friendly service...ever!!! We have found a new tax man!!!

This is a great place to get your pc done I couldn't find out the problem with my pc so I brought it in they found out the motherboard was the problem and wrapped up each part in esd wrap and gave me back my pc because I wanted to RMA instead of replace and they had no problem with that and $75 total. great place for custom pc users!!

Had a computer repair emergency yesterday (couldn't get it to boot up).. did not know where to turn. Thank goodness I found PC Guy! Zack was very professional, forthright and helpful. I figured it would be at least a day (and so was ready to cancel my coming work shift.. work from home on my computer). So, imagine my surprise when Zack called 20 minutes later letting me know that he had identified the problem. He ran further diagnostics, made some program changes for me and I took my computer home later that same afternoon. The rate was more than fair. I've had lots of negative experiences with computer repair shops and people in the past. PC Guy and Zack elevated my view profession. Integrity, expertise, courtesy, professionalism, value.. just a few words to describe them. I hope I don't have computer problems again in the future.. but if/when I do, I know where I'll be going for repairs: PC Guy!
