I have nothing but positive things to say about Eileen and her Just Kettlebells studio. My wife and I have been working with Eileen for about a year in both group and individual settings and recently began going to open gym at the studio. As a teacher, Eileen is attentive, perceptive, enthusiastic and very positive. She emphasizes proper technique and safety and is able to design interesting and challenging programs to help one gain not only strength but stamina, flexibility and balance as well. My wife and I are so happy to have found Just Kettlebells and greatly look forward to continuing our work with Eileen.

I have been going to Just Kettlebells for about 2 years now. I was post baby and have a problem with one of my hips. Eileen did a FMS screening on me. I believe this is where everyone should start. The screening shows your weaker areas that need attended too so injuries can be avoided. Check it out! Then we have been doing private sessions - Eileen is wonderful. She is a trainer who actually cares about your health and making you as strong as you can be. This isn't a cookie cutter program that you would get at a big name gym. I have gained strength, flexibility and more pain free throughout my training at Just Kettlebells.

My husband and I started with the Saturday circuits then decided to take her beginner class. We learned correct techniques and enjoyed the company of the other people in the class. A second time taking the class with a different group of people helped us decide we wanted to do personal/partner training with Eileen. We loved the individual attention we received from Eileen. She observes both problems and progress and is always positive. After our partner training sessions, we joined the Open Gym so we could continue to practice what we learned. We are looking forward to working with Eileen again in the future for another partner training course.
